Our Faculty offers for the third semester (beginning August 2024), the following master’s degree «Religious identities: origin, durability and public incidence”. 

Programme

The study of the religious fact from three interdisciplinary perspectives and its relationship with sustainable development, based on three essential studies:

  • Philosophy, history and phenomenology of religions. By means of a methodology with historical, philosophical and phenomenologycaL emphasis and research, we wish to explore the specific challenges that our communities faces in a globalized world. Origin, durability and topicality of beliefs, religions and cults on Asian studies, with special attention to Islam, India, China and Japan, from their origins to the present – 9 ETC
  • Religious organizations, their commitment to sustainable development and the millennium goals. This course proposes to study how the main institutions or cooperation agencies of religious tradition works, which are the largest investors. This search for a coordination between beliefs, values and investment policy is known as Faith Consistent Investing (IFC) – 9 ETC
  • Ecumenical interreligious and intercultural dialogue in Latin America. The Argentine case. The purpose is to get to know the history of ecumenical, interreligious and intercultural dialogue. It is intended to highlight its repercussions in the region and analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of this permanent instrument in the current context – 7 ETC
